Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products, except personalized products, unopened, unused and in the same condition as when we shipped them, within 14 days of delivery. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or breakage during transport caused by negligence on our part. Some items are non-refundable. For example, those where part or all of the profits are donated to a charity or even personalized products.
