Shipping policy

We deliver our products throughout Canada and the United States. Delivery costs will be indicated before finalizing the order. We produce the items sold every week. If out of stock, you will be notified by email of a delay. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped. However, we keep an eye out for irregular delays and delivery problems.

Please note that we use different couriers for shipping packages and will choose the most advantageous and fastest option depending on the customer's situation. It could therefore be that, even if you selected Canada Post when paying, the most efficient option for your situation is UPS.
